Overview

About this training

Two days for RECEs who lead infant and toddler rooms — or are about to. We look closely at primary caregiving, responsive routines, environment design and the practical realities of staffing, ratios and family communication in licensed child care.

Facilitated by experienced program supervisors and a pedagogical leader, with time set aside each day to work on your own room plan.

9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

The detailed agenda is published about four weeks before the session and emailed to everyone registered. The outline is fixed: arrival and coffee, two morning learning blocks, lunch (provided), two afternoon blocks with team planning time.
