How we use your information

We collect only what we need to run the session you register for.

What we collect

When you RSVP we ask for your name, work location, role, work email, mobile number, dietary requirements and — only if you request accommodation — your home address, which is used solely to confirm eligibility by distance from the venue.

How it is used

To confirm your registration, coordinate meals and accommodation, send you logistics before the session and materials afterwards, and to report attendance to the sponsoring board or organisation where a session is sponsored.

Who sees it

The ECEtraining.ca organising team, the venue and hotel (name and dietary needs only, as required for catering and check-in), and the sponsoring organisation for sponsored sessions. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.

Retention

Registration records are kept for the current and following calendar year for reporting, then deleted. You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by emailing info@ecetraining.ca.
