Overview

About this training

Two days for the people who lead early years programs: supervisors, directors, pedagogical leads and site managers. We work on the leadership problems that don’t appear in the licensing manual — coaching educators, sustaining a program culture, and leading change without burning out your team.

Includes a facilitated evening reception on day one and a leadership peer group you can carry forward into 2027.

A twelve-month program-culture plan you draft during the institute
Practical tools for staff onboarding, retention and reflective supervision

Day one

9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

The detailed agenda is published about four weeks before the session and emailed to everyone registered. The outline is fixed: arrival and coffee, two morning learning blocks, lunch (provided), two afternoon blocks with team planning time.
